Coldwater and Tecumseth Beeton Public Schools

Two public schools in Simcoe, Ontario with similar outcomes.  Legacy distributed  heat pump system renovation.  These systems had aged out.   JAA replaced the existing heat pump systems with high efficiency, water-cooled, variable refrigerant (VRF) fan coils using the facility’s existing condenser water loop. Coldwater was completed as a heat pump system in 2020 where energy is shared between zones.  Tec Beeton was completed in 2021 as a heat recovery system where energy is shared between individual classrooms.
