Coldstream Fire Station

Located in Coldstream, Middlesex County, Ontario, this fire station is believed to be Canada’s first Net Zero and Carbon Neutral Fire Station. The mechanical design featured a geothermal heating and cooling system, water source heat pumps and in-floor heating.
